Favorite Type of Play:
I love playing man to man defense forcing flick when the entire seven are on the same page and working together. It's a great feeling when a good offence is faltering because of it. I also love going deep, on offense and handling in transition "O".

Reason for playing ultimate:
I've been competing since the third grade, and Ultimate has been a healthy extension of this need for me.

When and where started playing ultimate:
I started playing Ultimate when attending Humboldt State University in 1987.

Lessons learned playing ultimate:
I've learned what being a "team player" really means. I don't think this was because I play Ultimate; more because of the experiences I have had while playing Ultimate. I think Ultimate has taught me to be more aware of my actions during times of excitement and stress and to be more accountable of these actions.
