Presidents' Day Tournament
Feb. 16-18, 2002
at UCSD

We were ranked 7th going into the tourney. We went into this tourney taking only 9 players, including myself who is recovering from a December knee surgery. On Saturday we held our seed in our pool by beating Claremont 11-10, George Washington University 12-11, and losing to UNC 13-6. On Sunday we made it to the winners bracket and played two games before the rain cancelled the tourney. We had a close game with Berkeley losing 9-5, and lost to UCSD-A 13-1. We played Saturday with 9 people and on Sunday we were down to seven. We didn't play Monday because the lack of field space.
